We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders within the United States. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. For shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 4–6 business days after processing. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.
Total delivery time is 5-8 business days. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. We always aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible, but please note that delays can occur due to incorrect addresses or other clearance issues.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid physical address when placing your order. Orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS, depending on which option is most cost-effective for your delivery location.
If you change your mind after placing an order or wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately at help@olthauling.shop. We can only accommodate cancellations if your order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you may need to follow our Return and Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for reshipping orders that are returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If this happens, you may choose to have your order reshipped at your own expense.
