At Olt Hauling, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
A. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Personalized, altered, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items showing visible signs of wear, damage from use, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
B. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as possible. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional shipping cost.
C. Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA number, please contact us at help@olthauling.shop.
Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
D. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective items and the return label will be arranged by the customer themselves.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect Items we will provide a prepaid return label. You will simply need to place this label on the box and drop it off at the designated carrier. The cost of return shipping is fully covered by Olt Hauling in this case.
- We do not charge restocking fees on returns items.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
E. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected.
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
